Townhall is committed to making our website and physical locations accessible to all guests, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that everyone has a seamless, inclusive, and enjoyable experience.

We aim to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.  Our website is built on a responsive platform with readable fonts, accessible navigation, and alt text for images where possible.

Third-Party Platforms

We encourage our partners (e.g., Toast, DoorDash, OpenTable) to meet accessibility standards. However, we are not responsible for their compliance.

Ongoing Improvements

We are continually working to improve accessibility across all channels. If you encounter any barriers, please let us know so we can address them promptly.

Physical Accessibility

Our restaurant locations are wheelchair accessible, with ADA-compliant entrances and restrooms.  We accommodate guests with mobility devices, service animals, and dietary restrictions.
